Hospital Staff Hampers

My name is Deane Gardiner .  I live in Shaftesbury and I have been conscious that the Westminster Hospital has  been just as much at the forefront of this Covid Crisis as many of the hospitals in this area.
During the last year I have had an operation in Salisbury where my ankle was fused to my Tibia. In December my wife had a mammogram and within a fortnight she had a series of tests and a CT Scan . In early January she had the results and on the 18th of January she saw an oncology specialist and last Friday the 22nd of January she had her first Chemotherapy treatment.

So I would like to say thank you and support both the Westminster hospital who provided excellent service to a friend who was also suffering from Cancer and those working in the cancer unit at Dorchester Hospital.

At this time when it seems so many people are complaining about the inability to see their doctor and the long waits at the pharmacies I would like to express our thanks to all the doctors, nurses and all  those working in hospitals who have worked tirelessly throughout the last year. I am hoping to raise over £1,000 to provide hampers and treats for them.
Any donation would be greatly appreciated but even if you cannot afford that would you consider writing ( or getting your children to write)  a thank you card ( as part of their  home schooling) to show our gratitude for all that they have done.
