He was in a program called Stepping Stone, which was an intervention program. On September 29th, a rainy day a freak accident happened. The gentleman was driving from the grocery store, in the hard pouring rain, realized he was traveling the wrong way, turns around to head in the right direction, slides off too far to the shoulder of the road and ends up into a ditch, an old elder white man comes out to help, but to no avail. Someone calls the police, they  comes out not asking any questions, nor realizing he had medical conditions. The story takes a turn for the worst, they arrested him on causes of thinking he has drugs in the medical bag he wore, takes him to the jail, which turned out with no charges, but a trip to the hospital for attention to the area they ripped away his bag, that's now has the area bleeding and errupted.
