Hospital Bill Assistance

My brother, Armando ( Mandi ) Niega who resides in the Philippines with no source of income had an Aborted Cardiac Arrest last August 19, 2017 at the hospital with the Diagnosis of Acute Respiratory Failure secondary to Status Asthmaticus and had continuous seizures while the doctor and nurses were reviving him. He became Comatose after that and was brought to Intensive Care Unit after the Endotracheal Tube and Nasogastric Tube insertion and was put on Ventilator. He stayed there for 8 days then was transferred to another hospital at the ICU because an EEG , CT Scan and 2D Echogram were needed to be done . Tracheostomy and Gastrostomy Tubes were replaced to the previous non-invasive tubes for his comfort and safety.
 He has a son who has no job, and his daughter , a single parent with  2 young children, has a job but her income is just right for her own family.
As of this time, his hospital bill costs more than 1M ph pesos and his hospitalization will be staying long term at the ICU since he is not awake yet and he needs more medical attention. His siblings here in the U.S. contibuted to his medical expenses but still not enough to  shoulder the big amount .
