Hoping for a pain free night.

I have bees recently diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma after thinking I had Kidney stones.  The cancer was quite aggressive and living in rural Texas I was flown to the nearest cancer center that is a three hour drive from me.  I was in the hospital for three weeks undergoing radiation treatments that left me 70lbs lighter and 5” shorter due to vertebrae disintegration .  Found out soon after that the center does not accept my insurance and am in the process of paying back over $45,000 in medical bills that I will accomplish.  I am blessed that my insurance does pick up my current doctors and medications that cost over $50,000 per month.
The cancer has effected my bones and I do not find comfort in any position and doing everyday activities is limited.  I recently had to make the decision to end my career and concentrate on my health and am working with a pain specialist as well trying to find the perfect blend of medications.   
I was able to buy a custom made bed about 7 years ago and unfortunately due to moves it has issues that make sleep impossible, there are creases in the foam that feel like I’m sleeping on a metal bar, friends have turned the mattress and the issue is on the other side as well.   I have researched 100’s of beds and feel this one would help me the best with support and comfort.   I was always told the cheap comes out expensive.  
I have never asked for help in my life as I have always worked hard for what I have, and have helped others whenever I could, paying it forward is important to me!   But now I’m in a position where I have no income, am needing to move to another state to be near family as my days of mobility are limited and having the most important item a person could have...a bed that causes me extreme discomfort.   My bed will be passed on to someone who might not even feel
what i do, butbthe cancer is in my ribs and they are softer than before.
