A silent cry for life and help

Dear all,  

I am starting this go fund campaign with a heavy but strong hopeful heart to support a very dear childhood friend - Mr. Devarajan Muniyan from Thiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. Devarajan, 45 years old, is suffering from progressive weakness and muscle loss due to muscular dystrophy. The effects of the disease have caused him to be bed-ridden for the last 5 years and dependent on assisted ventilation. This is an aggressive form of muscular dystrophy and doctors have required continued assisted ventilation and life support. The disease in itself along with many corrective surgeries and strategies towards therapy has affected his ability to work for a living and lead a normal life. 

Mr. Devarajan is facing uphill battles without any income to support himself and his kids Dharani and Subhiksha who are 14 and 10 years old. However critical his condition be, Mr. Devarajan is a very strong individual and possesses strong desire to fight the depleting effects of the diseases. His presence provides a lot of strength, support and confidence to his kids and family. Him and his family are requesting monetary support to help with medical expenses and hospital bills to continue his assisted ventilation care. I feel that as a collective group we can help reduce the burden his family is facing by contributing money towards this. Please do your best to help with this and keep them in your prayers.
