Allies for Ally: Fighting Cancer Together

Hi, my name is Angela Tolentino, and I am a friend of Ally Peralta, a 24-year-old devoted mother to a beautiful daughter and a Filipino .

Since 2023, Ally has been bravely fighting Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia (Stage 4, high risk) with liver metastasis. Despite her young age, she has already endured countless procedures and is now facing her toughest battle yet. Recently, she underwent surgery to have a Porth-a-Cath inserted to support her chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and medications.

Her most recent CT-Scan Report shows:

• Hepatomegaly with metastatic lesions and interval increase of the largest hepatic mass, now occupying the entire right lobe of her liver with hemorrhagic components.

• Compression of the common bile duct, gallbladder hydrops with bile sludge, and biliary ectasia.

• Retroperitoneal lymph node enlargement, minimal pelvic ascites, and non-calcified pulmonary nodules in the lungs, probably metastatic.

• Left kidney nephrolithiasis (kidney stone).

These findings reflect how advanced and aggressive her cancer has become, yet Ally continues to fight courageously.

Ally’s greatest wish is to be there for her daughter and see her grow. But the financial burden of continuous treatments, hospitalizations, and medications is beyond what her family can carry alone.
