Hope Wells Fight Against Cancer

On July 21st, 2020, Hope Wells went home to be with the Lord. Please note any additional funding will be used for Hope for Hope Inc Nonprofit 

Hope’s Story:

Since her diagnosis of leukemia, a form of blood cancer found in the bone marrow, Hope has started chemotherapy, numerous treatments, and medical procedures to rid her body of this illness. God has done miraculous things in her life despite this illness and she is encouraged that she will beat this battle. With this fundraiser, we hope to raise money to help Hope get the complete the necessary treatment she needs to continue to fight against Leukemia as well as paying off the medical bills that have started to accumulate. 

In May of 2018, five months prior to her diagnosis, Hope graduated from La Salle University with her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, and minor in Marketing, Leadership, and Global Understanding. Throughout college, she was heavily involved and very passionate about the voice of the student body as well as the issues and concerns of the under-represented students and minorities like herself. As a student, she was able to achieve new heights and even pioneer and activate new events, ideas, clubs, and programs that would improve and enhance the student body. During her senior year, she pledged Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Gamma Epsilon Philadelphia City Chapter, to be surrounded around a dedicated group of prestigious women who have inspired her to continue to aim high. She is most proud of the opportunity she was granted as a junior to launch a Brand Ambassador Program with the natural beauty brand Shea Moisture. It was then she discovered her passion for building empowerment and her future in Marketing, Designing, and Branding. Although her career has been put on a pause, her determination and focus has only shifted to focus on getting strong enough to beat her leukemia, she is still passionate about pursuing her career dreams.
