<div>Last year, after a routine medication change due to my pharmacy closing and relocating, my anxiety was heightened as a side effect, and I decided to stop taking the prescription. Unfortunately, because of halting the prescription cold-turkey, I experienced PBCS, resulting in debilitating anxiety and frequent panic attacks. I'm no stranger to anxiety, but for the first time, I felt the weight of depression and a sense of being lost. It was a terrifying experience, but I realized I am not alone in feeling this way. No one should have to face these struggles in silence.
