<div>Today, living boots-on-the-ground in the Philippines, we are confronted daily with staggering needs—children who cannot afford to go to school, families with no access to medical care, communities with no local church, and villages hungering for revival but lacking even a tent to gather under.

<div>James is a retired U.S. Naval officer. After decades of service to our nation, he and his wife, Cecilia, answered God’s call to serve full-time in global missions. Leaving behind the comforts of home, we moved to the Philippines to establish a ministry that is present, active, and committed to bringing transformation in both body and soul.

<div>Every day we witness heartbreaking realities—malnourished children, sick mothers carrying infants for miles to reach the nearest doctor, teenagers who leave school too early because their families cannot afford uniforms or food, and villages with no spiritual center to anchor them.

<div>Yet, in the midst of these struggles, we also see incredible hope. We see children who light up when handed a schoolbook, families who break into tears when given medicine, and communities that gather joyfully in open fields for prayer and revival.
