<div>I met George in December 2024. He was coming out of a stroke caused by a completely blocked carotid artery in his neck. Shortly after surgery, a vessel in his neck blew. He ended up being in a coma for 4 days.
</div>

</div>
<div>As the need arises, I help out when I can, offering something as simple as emotional support and friendship. Other times, when there's no money for groceries or certain medicines aren't covered, I donate.
</div>

</div>
<div>Just when we thought things were going to start getting better this fall and George could have surgery on the other side of his neck and some miscellaneous surgery on his hands for carpal tunnel, the unexpected news hit his family (his daughter) and friends like myself like a cement wall. <strong>George has been diagnosed with stage IV chondrosarcoma a rare form of bone cancer.</strong>

<div>He's a fighter and wants to live for his daughter Arianna, a beautiful young lady at 14 years of age.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>He will be so very grateful for any and all contributions in being a part of his recovery process.
</div>

<div>His current cost out-pocket medical care is 1,750 a month and is taking food and necessary items away from his family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>At this time, we are not sure how long he will have to go thru treatment.</strong>
