<div>The eye of Hurricane Melissa passed directly over our community and devastated everything in its path. Homes, schools, and health centers were destroyed, and many families have lost everything — shelter, food, clothing, and hope.

<div>Our people are struggling to recover from this disaster. Many are now homeless, hungry, and in need of urgent care and support. As someone with family and loved ones still there, I felt the need to step in and do whatever I can to help rebuild our community.
