<div>We are writing this on behalf of our dear friend, Paul Lirazan, who is currently in the hospital facing advanced kidney failure. This past Friday, he began dialysis — a life‑sustaining treatment that marks a major and permanent change to his day‑to‑day life.

<div>From now on, Paul must go to dialysis three times a week, every week, until he is able to receive a kidney transplant. These treatments are physically exhausting and time‑consuming, and they come with significant adjustments to his routine and energy levels. While dialysis is keeping him stable, the long‑term hope is that he will be able to receive a transplant sooner rather than later.

<div>Paul is not facing this journey alone. He is a devoted husband to his wife, Marnie, and a loving father to their 13‑year‑old son, Hendrix. Paul is also the main provider for his family, and his health benefits have been reduced, increasing the financial strain during an already overwhelming period.

<div>Paul and his family are a deeply prayerful family who actively serve their local parish and Catholic communities. Faith has always been central to their lives, and they are leaning on it now more than ever. We humbly ask that you please keep Paul, Marnie, and Hendrix in your prayers as they walk this difficult path together.

<div>As you can imagine, this medical crisis brings not only health challenges, but also significant financial and logistical stress. Frequent medical appointments, transportation to and from dialysis, medications, and everyday living expenses can quickly add up — all while Paul and his family focus on his health and healing.

<div>We are raising funds to help support Paul, Marnie, and Hendrix during this incredibly difficult transition, so they can focus on what matters most: Paul’s recovery and the hope of a transplant.
