Punching for a Purpose: Gloves Up, Hearts Open

Hey everyone,

My name is Abs, also known as Abdul or Abdus Samad. It's been quite some time since I've taken on a new challenge, and lately, I've felt the need to step out of my comfort zone. Recently, I stumbled upon WCF (White Collar Boxing) on my social media feed, and I couldn't help but think, 'Hmmmm.'

I will be partaking in a boxing camp for 8 weeks which will involve fitness, cardio and padwork. At the end of the boxing camp I will stepping into the ring with a like for like opponent (I hope…)

In a world that often feels troubled and where so many less fortunate individuals are struggling, I've decided to take action. The current events unfolding especially around the world have deeply affected me, leaving me feeling heartbroken and at a loss for words.

That's why I'm reaching out to you all today. I'm embarking on this fundraising journey, with all the proceeds going towards those who are less fortunate.

All money raised will go to a charity called 'Action for Humanity'.
