<div>Recovering from surgery on November 24, 2025. For years I've put others before me and my health and now it's time for me to step back and heal, relax, recover and mentally rebuild myself.

<div>I've battled my inner demons day in and day out for years now. This past year it's gotten particularly bad, however. I've lost close friends and people who meant the world to me and seen others going down hill. I saw my wife and kids being there for me to keep me strong along with my mother and bleeding disorder community. Tried therapy and it didn't help. My family and friends have been my rock, though it doesn't make the depression go away a lot, it at least helps me see that it's the illness and that it isn't something I should act on no matter how much I wish I could. It's moments like that where I turn to VR or my music actually. It helps me escape my reality and I can feel myself calm down as a result. ♥ Don't be afraid to seek help.. It's a lot of extra effort that I had to force myself to undergo. For the first time some things that have been weighing me down for so long were finally set free because of it. I wanna thank all that have been here for me over the past few years. Love you all
