Hope After Heartbreak: Help Brittney & Jennifer Become Moms

Hi, my name is Jamie Klotz, and I’m reaching out with a full heart on behalf of two women I consider and love as daughters, Brittney and Jennifer House.

For over four years, these two incredible women have been on the most emotional journey imaginable—filled with happiness, hope, and heartbreak—as they’ve fought to start a family through IVF.

They’ve poured every ounce of love and every dollar of their savings into this dream. Two full rounds of IVF, countless appointments, hormone treatments, tests, procedures, and waiting…all in the hope of bringing their baby home.

The first round ended in heartbreak.

The second round looked promising—a positive pregnancy test, a perfect ultrasound -- a miracle was on the way!

Neither of the girls wanted to know the baby's gender immediately, so they gave the secret envelope to a close friend who planned a gender reveal party for them.

Then, just one day before their gender reveal party, we received the unthinkable news: Brittney was losing the baby. After physically and emotionally painful emergency visits, we learned that there was no longer a heartbeat.

Following this event Brittney had to go through what was essentially a stillbirth. There are no words to describe the grief of that moment, and the ache that lingers in both of these women. Their friends and family rallied around them in their grief, but nothing could soothe the pain. The close friend and gender reveal party host, even had a pink build-a-bear made for them with a recording of the baby's heartbeat inside - in memorial of the little girl they would never meet. And still—they have not given up.

A New Path Forward:

Their fertility doctor has recommended a new procedure that significantly increases their chance of a successful pregnancy and live birth. It offers real hope, but it comes with a financial burden they can no longer carry alone.

They’ve already spent tens of thousands of dollars—their savings are gone, but their courage and love remain strong.
