Yesterday our dear friends lost their beautiful baby girl Alana Grace.
For the past 7 months, Alana has fought battles no one should have to endure, let alone so early in life. At just 7 months old Alana started getting sick, and after weeks of highly invasive tests she was diagnosed with Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH)
Alana spent the majority of her short life fighting this rare genetic condition with her family by her side. Alana was a fighter who showed strength and wisdom beyond her years in her short life.
The loss of a child is something no parent should have to endure and there simply are no words we can offer our friends that can ease this pain. While we cannot ease the physical or emotional pain they are feeling, we have started this page to hopefully lessen the financial hardship during this time.
