<div>The Community and Health Center (CHC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization registered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with active programs serving the community of Kanye, Botswana.
</div>
<div>For the past seven years, CHC has grown into a vital resource for underserved families, offering:

<div>CHC was founded by Matlhatso Kesupile Reed, a nurse and behavioral health psychotherapist who dedicated her life to serving humanity. Her compassion, leadership, and unwavering belief in helping others shaped every part of CHC’s mission.

<div>She was supported by her husband, Samuel A. Reed III, a teacher and business consultant. Together, they built a foundation that continues to uplift the community.
