Honoring Tony Holmes

Please join in supporting the family of a remarkable servant, Tony Holmes.
Cancer took Anthony Oliver (Tony) Holmes, 61, from us on November 11, 2020.

I met and worked with Tony in 1998 when he moved to Dillingham, Alaska. Tony worked as a child therapist. He loved to travel to the villages of the Bristol Bay region, sharing stories, laughter, healing and making strong connections with people everywhere he went. My husband Tim worked for Tony's Yuuyaraq Home Health business. Tony always went above and beyond to care for people. He possessed a great heart and his love and service will continue to carry many.

I  believe it is very important that we honor Tony by supporting his parents with expenses related to Tony's funeral and help his wife Hua complete their home. The last time I visited with Tony on the phone, he told me he wanted to survive cancer long enough to care for his parents and his wife Hua. Tony purchased a log home kit he planned to build for Hua in Virginia. We can make that goal, their log cabin home, possible. Thank you, Tony, great friend to all, and thank you, friends, for your continuing care.
