<div>The circumstances of Viji's passing are especially heartbreaking. She and her husband were en route to India to attend her brother's funeral, who had bravely battled stage 4 cancer. Tragically, the next day after her brother's passing, Viji suffered cardiac arrest during the journey, prompting an emergency landing in Canada. Despite the efforts of plane personnel and medical professionals, Viji was pronounced deceased after many hours of life support and efforts to revive her.
