<div>We are coming together as a community to support our friend and coworker, Gustavo, who is facing the profound loss of his mother. The passing of a parent is an experience that brings immense sorrow, and during such a difficult time, no one should have to navigate the weight of grief alone.

<div>Gustavo has always been a dedicated, respectful, and uplifting presence within our AMC team. He treats everyone with kindness, carries himself with humility, and consistently puts others before himself. Whether he is offering help during a busy shift or checking in on a teammate who needs support, he shows genuine care in everything he does. Now, as he and his family walk through this painful moment, we hope to show that same care in return.

<div>This fundraiser is intended to assist Gustavo and his family with any expenses they may be facing — including memorial arrangements, family support needs, or easing the financial burden that often accompanies a loss of this magnitude. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will provide meaningful help and comfort during this time.

<div>For those unable to donate, sharing this page or sending messages of support is equally appreciated. Together, we can offer Gustavo a reminder that he is surrounded by people who care deeply about him and that he does not have to face this loss alone.
