Honoring the life of Dennis

Donation protected
Update: Dennis has officially passed on peacefully. He was able to donate his kidneys and was honored with “the hero walk” on his way to the operating room. I was a friend of Dennis for many years and I am managing this account on his behalf seeing as he has no family members. This fund will be used for funeral expenses. I will keep everyone updated on funeral services as soon as we figure everything out.

Where do I begin about Dennis...Anyone that had the privilege  to meet Dennis, immediately knew that he was a character. He had three true loves...Star Wars, WWE Wrestling and Chicago Bears football. Over the years I came to find out that there is truly only one thing that he genuinely hated...and that was the Green Bay Packers. But all jokes aside he really was the definition of a genuine person with a heart of gold. He was passionate, loyal and hard working. Dennis rode his bike every where, as it was his only means of transportation. On Monday morning of December 9th 2019 Dennis hopped on his bike to make his journey home, the same trip he has made hundreds of times. Unfortunately this trip would not end with him safely home. He was violently hit by a wreckless driver with no value for human life. The driver that hit him left him to die like a wild animal. Instead of stopping and helping our Dennis (something he would have done for anyone) this person kept on with their day as if nothing happened. Dennis is in a coma on life support with brain damage. He is scheduled to be taken off life support on Friday the 13th of December 2019 around 2-3pm. Dennis didn’t have much, but he would give what ever he could if he knew that someone needed it. Even after he is gone he will be donating his organs to those in need to preserve their life. Now Dennis needs us. Let’s come together as a community and give him the proper final goodbye and thanks for all the help and smiles that he has put on all our faces that he deserves. All donations will go towards his final expenses.

The video is a short look at Dennis’s personality and was taken the night of his accident. He definitely knew how to make someone smile.
