<div>It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of our beloved Christopher Franklin Johnson of Millbrook, Alabama, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the age of 59. His passing was sudden and entirely unexpected.

</div>

<div>Chris was a man of humor, heart, and genuine spirit. His quick wit, brilliant storytelling, and ability to find joy in life’s simple moments made him unforgettable to all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, especially for his daughter, Jessica Laine Johnson, and his four cherished grandchildren, who lovingly called him “Pop.”

<div>If you knew Chris, you knew he was loyal, creative, and deeply caring. He was an avid musician, a lover of classic cartoons and chocolate milk, and the proud companion of his emotional support chicken “Popcorn” and his dog “Cotton.” Even through seasons of deep difficulty, his faith remained a quiet anchor. In one of his final messages, he wrote, “God is alive here and holding my hand.” We trust that he has now found the peace his heart longed for, held fully in the presence of the One who loves him.
