Phillip Francis, known to so many in Dover as Banks, was a true original. He filled every room with his energy, always up for an adventure, and never without his signature Ray-Bans and the scent of amber white. Phillip loved the Eagles, old-school hip-hop, and finding new things to do around town. His devotion to his religion and his favorite team was matched only by the love he had for his family and friends. The whole city knew and adored him, and his presence brought people together in ways that will be deeply missed.

Sadly, Phillip passed away, leaving behind children who meant the world to him. This fundraiser is being organized to help cover the costs of his funeral and to support his children as they face the future without him. After losing his mother just last January to the same fate, the financial strain on the family is even greater, making it difficult to give Phillip the farewell he deserves.
