<div>has been a mentor, a friend, and a guiding light for countless individuals whose lives he

<div>has touched. His artistic vision, boundless creativity, and unwavering commitment to

<div>excellence have left an indelible mark on our community, shaping us into the performers
</div>
<div>and people we are today. His belief in the power of theater to unite, to inspire, and to

<div>transform lives has left so many of us forever changed by the experiences and the
</div>
<div>connections we have shared.

<div>Under his leadership, Norm led efforts to raise the funds needed for the creation of the

<div>Racine Theatre Guild’s beautiful physical theatre building that stands as his enduring

<div>legacy. His vision and passion inspired us all, and his tireless work ensured that our

<div>community theatre family has a world-class home to call its own.

<div>As some may know, Norm has been facing a challenging battle with vascular dementia.

<div>While his spirit remains as vibrant as ever, the stark reality of the illness underscores

<div>the preciousness of time. The journey has come with great costs in money, time, and

<div>emotions, as no one is ever truly prepared for the enormity of such an undertaking and
</div>
<div>stress. As he nears the end, we are determined to do something meaningful to express
</div>
<div>our love and appreciation to him while we still can. We feel that helping to ease the
</div>
<div>financial burden creates an opportunity to tangibly demonstrate how much Norm means
</div>
<div>to each of us and to convey our heartfelt gratitude for the joy and inspiration he has
