<div>Our beloved Jeremy Cole Mackay, a cherished member of our family, passed away on March 2, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on June 9, 1978, to Debra Ann Mackay and Victor Keith Mackay, Jeremy left behind a legacy of love and generosity.

<div>Surviving him are his mother, Debra Ann Mackay of Price, Utah; his beloved son, Cameron Mackay, of Vernal; his brothers, Heath R. Burchinal (Kristie) of St. George, Utah, Jordan Taylor Mackay of Logan, Utah; and his sister, Heather Lei Burchinal Ellis (Roger) of Perry, Utah. Additionally, he is surrounded by numerous nieces and nephews.

<div>Jeremy had an unwavering love for his only son, Cameron. He was a kind and generous soul, always ready to lend a helping hand and share his resources with those in need. His passing deeply saddens all who knew him, and he will be sorely missed.
