Honoring Healthcare Professionals Memorial Art

Thank you for your consideration in donating to this gofundme cause. Hundreds of healthcare professionals have lost their lives during the to the COVID19 pandemic while trying to aid others in their fight and recovery. As a Nurse, a Veteran, Educator, and Artist I recognize the importance of remembering those that have sacrificed and the learning life and professional lessons from those that have sacrificed. Visuals such as art, sculpture, mixed media can be an incredible reminder and serve as a conduit to much needed conversations, emotional connections, healing, and serve as learning platform. As a healthcare provider, educator and artist I feel compelled to not allow the lives lost be forgotten. That is why I am fundraising to move this art project to actualization. 
Funds will be used strictly for developing the art piece. Any remaining funds will be donated to a public, not for profit, University educating healthcare professionals and serving a diverse community of students. None of the funds raised will be for my personal gain.
