Honoring Great Grandma Pearl & Fran

To The Fabulous Joyer Family Descendants!
My name is Jill Ballard Stitt & I am the daughter of William (Bill) Ballard, who was the son of William & Mary Joyer Ballard. Mary (born 02/15/1909) was one of the ten girls born to William & Pearl Joyer. They also had one son, Roy.
Last weekend I was walking through Gates of Heaven Cemetery visiting my grandparents’ graves. It had always bothered me that I was unable to find the graves of our great grandparents, William Joyer & Pearl Beck Joyer as on previous visits I had not found any markers.
I was delighted to find one for William Joyer, & later found out that Diana Brunsman (daughter of Janet Joyer) & Jim Hanson (son of Jean Joyer) had purchased a marker for him in November 2017. Apparently it had saddened them also, & they resolved the problem with a beautiful marker!
I’d like to raise funds within our family to now add a matching marker for Great Grandma!
I didnt know Great Grandma well at all as I was a child when she passed away, but I have felt drawn to her & felt a love for her & the life she lived as long as I can remember. When I married, my mom gave me a photo of her taken when she was a young child & it has been framed & sitting on my piano for over 30 years!
I think it it would be a wonderful way for her descendants to honor a beautiful child who was raised in an orphanage & then went on to be a beautiful, beloved wife, mother of eleven, grandmother, great grandmother, & on....My daughters know her face & their daughters are now learning about her as well. Her legacy of sacrifice & love will never end! I can’t think of a more fitting way to show our love.
I have also been told that Frances Joyer has also never had a grave marker so if per chance we actually exceed the amount we need, perhaps we can also rectify this oversight.
THANK YOU!!
