Our family is heartbroken after the sudden and tragic loss of Elijah James Marra, who was taken from us far too soon after being struck by an Amtrak train. Elijah was a loving father and devoted son, and his passing has left us all in shock and confusion. His 16-year-old daughter and elderly father, who is not in good health, are especially devastated by this unimaginable loss.

We are reaching out to our community for support as we navigate this difficult time. The funds raised will help us lay Elijah to rest with dignity, hold a candlelight vigil in his memory, and cover the costs of cremation, death certificates, and urns. Your generosity will help relieve the heavy financial burden that has fallen on our family, especially on Elijah’s young daughter, who now faces adult responsibilities at a critical moment in her life.

Any support you can offer, whether through a donation or by sharing our story, will make a meaningful difference. We are deeply grateful for your kindness and compassion as we honor Elijah’s memory and support his loved ones through this painful journey.
