Honoring Danny: Support for Memorial Expenses

Dear family and friends,

My name is Debbie and I am one of Danny’s many little sisters writing on behalf of our family.

With a heavy heart I am saddened to share that Danny has passed on October 29, 2024. He took his final rest peacefully in the night with our mother by his side. At just 36 years old Danny’s passing was sudden. We are doing our best to give our veteran the memorial he deserves. We have set up this GoFundMe to help cover medical and funeral expenses as well as supporting our mother who took time off from work to be by Danny’s side nonstop throughout his extensive hospitalization.

The eldest amongst his siblings, Danny was head strong and very loving. He protected his loved ones in every way he could. In 2013, he decided to change his life around and join the United States Army. Through the military, he made unforgettable bonds and was able to experience the world. A lover of movies and music, he was a walking encyclopedia that was always up for a game of trivia. And of course, he was the Chargers’ #1 fan. We miss him dearly, but know he is finally at peace greeted by his loved ones, especially his best friend Ricky.

The funeral service will be held at Cypress View Mausoleum Mortuary & Crematorium with Visitation on Friday 11/15 3-5pm and Funeral Service on Saturday 11/16 12:30pm followed by Witness Cremation at 2:30pm.
