Hi, my name is Carmen and I have a passion helping restore communities and lives after natural and man-made emergencies. So much so I joined the Federal Emergency Management Agency at 22 years old saving millions of survivors one day at a time. I have spent the last 7 years working with local, state, and tribal governments to provide disaster assistance to over 20 states in the United States. I am ready to branch on my own to help the beautiful states of California and Virginia to provide relief, restoration, and recovery. The CEO Foundation is in loving memory of Grandmother Carolyn Elizabeth Oliver who believe in community and helping your fellow man more than I ever I could. I want to carry out the legacy she left behind. Helping individuals before and after disasters. I am asking for assistance with startup costs for my nonprofits including storage facilities cost, insurance cost of protecting volunteers, and operation costs for boots on the ground operations. I will be documenting my journey along way I want to say thank you for supporting my grandmother's legacy.
