<div>On May 30th, 15-year-old Azjanae Brooks—lovingly known as Naenae—was tragically and senselessly taken from her family, her friends and our community. A radiant spirit, a cherished daughter, sister, cousin, niece and friend, Azjanae’s life was full of promise, joy, and deep love for the people around her.

<div>To her family, she was more than just a teenager. She was Miss Pretty—a bold, compassionate soul who met the world with kindness and authenticity. Azjanae had a light that made those around her feel seen, safe, and loved. Her laughter filled their home. Her hugs brought comfort. She had dreams. She had a future. And she did not deserve this.

<div>The loss of Azjanae has left her loved ones shattered. But even in the midst of unimaginable grief, they are determined to honor her life, her love, and her legacy.
