<div>On the 24 of March 2024, Ameer was shot in his pure, beautiful heart by the Israeli army in the besieged Al Amal hospital. He was killed while documenting the struggles of his people. The last video that he was able to document was only some minutes before his death: the video shows the violent bombing of Al Amal hospital. His bravery and dedication to shedding light on the harsh realities of life in Palestine remain a testament to his character and commitment to truth.

<div>Left behind are his grieving mother, his father, and his four brothers' families, along with his sister’s family, all residing together in Deir al-Balah. Theirs is a story of profound loss, but also one of unwavering strength and solidarity amidst the fear of ground invasion and challenging circumstances.
