<div>With heavy hearts, we share the tragic and untimely loss of Toya, a lifelong friend, sister, and daughter, who was taken from us due to a violent act. Toya was a proud Cowboys fan and an incredible basketball player who grew up in Portland, Oregon. Her kind, loving, and hilarious personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. Whether on the court or in life, she always brought laughter, light, and warmth to those around her.
