Honoring the Life of Billy Jack

For all who knew Billy Jack, they would say that he was the life of the party. He was one who would draw anyone in and convince them to sing a karaoke song with him.  One of the things we’ll always remember about him is that he smiled big and laughed loud, and his eyebrows did most of the talking. He was hard working and had a servant’s heart, which was evident in his service to his country with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division during Desert Storm. Billy Jack was the best example of a father, friend, and brother. Stubborn to a fault, he still had a way of making others feel special with kind words and purposeful gifts. If you knew him, you know what we mean, and knowing him made you a part of the legend of Billy Jack.

Billy Jack’s pancreatic cancer diagnosis and subsequent passing was incomprehensible and all too sudden. His only daughter, Kara Beth, is responsible for taking care of things going forward, which includes all funeral arrangements, expenses, and other obligations. We’ve already had many calls, emails, and texts from people asking how they can help. This campaign fund has been set up for that purpose as well as provide an opportunity to honor your relationship with Billy Jack by helping Kara with these needs. Any donation, no matter the amount, will be a gift and blessing to her. In addition, you are encouraged to leave a personal story and/or encouraging note to Kara Beth and the family on this page.
