<div>We lost Sheila Garrett suddenly on Tuesday 08/05/2025. Her memorial services will take place this weekend, so in lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Garrett Youth Athletic Fund. The family is setting up this fund to support Athens Christian School and Oglethorpe County Athletics where her grandsons participate in sports.

<div>Sheila, "Granna", loved her family like no other and treated all that were close to her and their families like they were a part of hers. Granna was always up to having a house full of "youngins" to feed and plan activities with and she did everything she could to support ALL her "youngins"! She attended as many baseball games, basketball games, football games, and track meets as she possibly could for all 5 of her boys. They were her heart and she would want nothing more than to continue to support them in all their athletic activities.
