Honor Roll Students Field Trip

I am a Teacher at William Penn Senior High school in York, PA. I am trying to take our students who receive Honor Roll during the 2nd Marking Period on a field trip to the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. Majority of students have NEVER gone on a field trip due to fundraising budgeting not existing in our district. These students have worked very hard to receive honor roll I feel that they deserve to be rewarded and to see things outside of York.
