On February 15, 2025, my grandfather, Robert Duane Ruprecht, a retired Air Force man, passed peacefully after his battle with a mass that had grown in his cerebellum, which was found too late for treatment. His passing also happened after losing his wife (my grandmother) on November 27, 2024. Though I am relieved he is finally at peace and they both have reunited, I am grieving the loss of both grandparents and reliving the hospice process back to back.
Robert Duane Ruprecht served in the Air Force from 1959 - 1983. He retired as an E-6 TSGT Technical Sergeant. He took pride in his military service, and I'll always remember the stories he shared and the many memories we had together as a family.
Unfortunately, my grandparents didn’t have any life insurance or savings. My grandfather used everything he had on my grandmother's cremation and doing some self-care before his passing by getting some teeth pulled that had been bothering him for years. If you can find it in your heart to help this service man with his funeral costs, my family would be very appreciative. He asked to be cremated and placed in a VA National Cemetery; please help me fulfill his last wish.
