We invite you to support a fund created in honor of an extraordinary woman whose lifelong dedication to faith, family, education, and community continues to inspire generations. Her tireless work in the San Pedro, Carson, Harbor Gateway, and Los Angeles areas reshaped housing laws, expanded opportunities for first-generation Americans, and championed educational and employment rights for formerly incarcerated individuals. My mother built bridges where there were walls and gave a voice to those often unheard.

<div>This fund and the <strong>Pamela Newson Scholarship, </strong>will carry her legacy forward by providing opportunities to students pursuing careers in community service, social work, or counseling—fields that reflect her mission to create lasting social change and cohesive communities.
