Ms. Billie Owens tragically lost her life to gun violence on October 21st, 2025. She leaves behind 4 teenage kids. The funds raised here will go to support funeral expenses and the ongoing educational and living expenses of her children.

As their long-time music teacher, I have seen first hand Ms. Billie's devotion to her children, her friends, and her beloved City of Detroit. Her untimely passing leaves an incredible hole.
