<div>Over the past year, I have gone through many emotions, like everyone else that was close to her. The one thing I feel is missing is a memorial for her. The best I could think of was a <strong>Memorial Fish plaque on Carolina Beach Boardwalk</strong>. She spent a lot of her life in Carolina Beach, loved the ocean, and it just seems right. A place where we can 'visit' her and where she can be remembered. Eva Miller made an impact here, just as I'm sure she is in Heaven. <strong>Let's come together to get this Memorial Fish in her name.</strong> Thank you in advance for donations!
