Doug's Memorial Fund was created to honor the life and wishes of Doug Haas, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Doug passed away on August 25, 2026, after living with Alzheimer's for fifteen years. Throughout that long journey, Doug faced the loss of his mind with joy, grace, humor, and a deep hope in God. Even in the hardest moments, when words became difficult to find, his faith still shone through. His family remembers times when tears would run down his cheeks, and Doug would point toward heaven and say, “He is so great.” That spirit of love and faith left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. 
 
 
 This memorial fund has been set up to carry out a wish Doug shared with his family and to support a cause that was very dear to his heart. For Kristen and Keith and Doug's beloved family, this is a meaningful way to remember Doug not only for the life he lived, but also for the hope and purpose he continued to hold onto through every season. Every donation will help honor Doug’s memory in a tangible way and fulfill the wish he entrusted to his loved ones.
