Hello, my name is Elaine Lance and I would like to try to make the recent passing of my dear aunt Brenda Gail Belflower a little easier on the family by providing some financial relief.

In February of this year, Brenda Gail was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer. Despite the odds, the chemo treatments were working.

Unfortunately, in July the cancer came back with a vengeance. She was unable to get much needed immunotherapy treatments and chemo due to needing intensive radiation treatments on the tumors that had invaded her brain and brain stem. Sadly, the radiation did not help.

She lost her battle with cancer in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 9th. Our family is heartbroken.

She was a wonderful person with a beautiful soul. She is well known for her love of birds. She was very creative and loved to write and scrapbook. At one time in her life she even decorated cakes. She loved her family dearly and loved taking pictures of them. We will all miss her greatly.

Sadly, cancer and death are very expensive. Brenda Gail’s husband has been fighting his own cancer battle over the last few years. It has put a great financial strain on the family.
