Homeless sister and toddler in need

My name is Ayman and I am raising on behalf of a sister. On Wednesday 9th of December 2015, I witnessed something very disturbing and until today it is very much bothering me.
The sister and her toddler have been sofa surfing for the past 2 years now, due to dire circumstances. The last place where she was staying, she had to move out of a few weeks ago. Her last resort was to move with her mother who is not muslim. The mother HATES the fact she is muslim. When she went back, her mother was causing arguments with her. She even called the police (Friday 4th of December) on the sister for saying she delibrately broke off a door handle of the lounge door. Hence the lounge door was already broken.....it was bound to fall off eventually.
When police arrived on the Friday night, the police said the call was a waste of their time.
The sister decided to leave for the weekend and stay with a friend for a few days until the situation calms down.
On the Monday 7th of December 2015 when she attempted to re enter the house the locks were changed. She called her mother on the Monday and the Tuesday and her mother ignored every single call. On the Wednesday the sister tried again and to her findings her mother had blocked her number.
Myself (Ayman) and others accomapanied the sister and her toddler to the mothers property, on the purpose to get answers and get all her belongings from the house. When we arrived, we rang the door bell the mother looked through the door and refused to open the door. We were knocking for over an hour. What got to me is that knowing her grandchild was out in the cold and rain for over an hour, and she can hear the cries. She called the police on the sister once again. Alhamdulillah the sister didn't get arrested. We explained that we needed to get all her belongings from the property. The police said she could get some items but not all.
We had to get a storage on behalf of the sister to put her items in alhamdulillah. The sister had no where to go and wanted to stay in the storage. We managed to put them somewhere for a few nights alhamdulillah.
Her mother is now refusing for her to get the rest of her items subhanAllah. She has threatened her with an injunction and apparently she is filing papers to the court so that she can not be in a certain amount of distance of her house.
Also her family members are of no help whatsover.
The sisters name is on the council (government) waiting list and the bourough she is under has limited properties. She has updated them with the recent events and they said she has to make a whole new application and provide new documents. Some of these documents has to come from the mother who is refusing to give them to her. The council are saying they will not process nothing unless they have everything.
I want to raise this money for the sister and her child inshaaAllah. So they can have peace of mind. The money will be used to pay for a place to rent by a muslim landlord in London UK for a year inshaaAllah. This will help her tremendously inshaAllah and make her get back on her feet.
