Homeless trans girl in need

I woke up yesterday (which was my great grandma's funeral day) and immediately told my mother that I needed to go to get all the stuff out of my dorm or I would be charged 250 that I dont have, and wouldn't be able to register for classes next semester, my mother rejected this and told me to wait like an hour or so because the place to pay the phone bill hadn't opened up, I was like its going to take a while, she didn't seem to care but an hour passes and I go to get the stuff out my dorm, which took a few hours to pack up, I picked up food for her like she asked and payed the phone bill, and I get home and my mom starts screaming at me telling me I took to long and that I purposely did it to make her late for the funeral, she throws a huge fit and kicks me out of the house, calls me an hour later and extorts me out of an apology with threats of the police being called on me for physical violence (which I never EVER did), so I go to the bar to see my friend and I get a text from her saying that she was selling my oculus (which I need because I have several model commissions I need to work on and make sure are functional.) I go pick up my stuff, and she admits that she lied about selling it, but won't tell me where it is and won't let me leave the house (literally guarding the doors) unless I let her sell it.
Im panicking right now because I have a student balance i need to pay off, I have to get my license renewed, and also have rent to give to the people that are providing me shelter currently.
