Homeless health issues

I’m becoming a wreck. It’s been tough, but I’d probably be dead already if it wasn’t for many of you good people.  My sincere thanks go out to each and every one of you who have contributed to my campaign. Will it do any good to tell you that I’ve never exposed myself, or forced myself on any member of the opposite sex?  I consider myself to be a decent man who presently just wants to make it through the week.  I’ve just turned 71 and I’m having some serious issues with the circulation in my legs as a result of being a type one diabetic for the last 43 years, and heart disease (22 years), and if the job requires me to be on my feet all day I don’t even bother to waste my time to interview for it. In fact, while doing my laundry last week I found it difficult to stand long enough to fold my clothes. Not good. Of course I’ve been aware of this for some time, but it’s been so bad that I decided to see a vascular surgeon who told me that the tests they ran don’t show enough blockage to merit an operation even though I can barely walk for one block without resting. I had surgery for this very problem over 20 years ago, and it was a definite boon to my well-being. Last week I revisited the vascular surgeon that I saw one year ago and I got the same non-diagnosis from the quack. This is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately I’m with Kaiser (who has just turned my debt to them over to a collection agency), and am only covered by their doctors, so I can’t even afford to get a second opinion. After seeing my doctor just a few weeks ago I was told that my chances of being eligible for SS disability are not looking good, but I’m going to continue to look into it.

My parents both died 30 years ago and I’m an only child. I may have a few distant cousins still alive, but we lost track of each other many years ago. I am totally alone.  I’m still in dire need of financial assistance.  I’ve just recently been diagnosed with Osteoporosis, which is not life threatening, but it does come with an additional cost. In addition I’m being harassed by a collection agency to pay several hundred dollars for my trip to the emergency room last May when I broke my ankle. Please help if you can. And yes, I continue to look for the job that doesn’t seem to exist.

This homeless crap is taking its toll. My energy level is very low and I’m constantly fighting the depression that threatens to consume me as well as drive me crazy.  Believe me, it’s no fun at all. None, zip, and zero.

No amount is too small and I welcome any and all help. . If anyone knows of an available job, please let me know. I’m old so lifting and toting is out. I need a desk job. And please, no telemarketing. And if you would like a guaranteed return on your contribution may I suggest that you purchase one of my books. Please help if you can.
