Homeless and need to get to europe

I'm not really expecting anything but I wanted to at least try. I recently got kicked out of my house by my mom after a very miserable and lonely life.

I won't pretend I deserve money more than anyone else, the only people that have ever loved me are in Europe and I just want to be able to go see them, I have no one and nothing except this phone and what I could pack. I have a lot of physical and mental issues that make trying to work any job I can get right now horrible, if I could even get a job. This is basically me begging for a chance to start a new life in Europe with someone that will actually care about me and help me, this money will save my life. 

I just want a world where we can love each other.
