Homegirl Project

When you uplift a girl, you uplift her entire community. That's why Homegirl Project has launched the Homegirl Fellows program, a training incubator and mentorship community that empowers high school girls to become political leaders, organizers, and activists in their communities. Our 2019 Homegirl Fellow Cohort comes from 17 US states, and Fellows are equipped with skill-building conferences, individual mentors, and resource networks to create change in their hometowns. Homegirl Project is 100% run by teenage volunteers, and while we operate digitally to minimize costs, we rely on your donations & grants to invest in infrastructure like 501c3 IRS filing fees, online conferencing services, mailing/shipping, Google Team Suite, and other operating costs.
