Down & Out Rescue Mamas Need HELP!

Hello! We're 2 down & out rescue mamas who are hitting the road for a new beginning! And we're taking along some doggies that need forever homes! In essence, we're taking some of the rescue on the road. If only we could click our heels like Dorothy and be transported back home! Since it's not so easy, we're reaching out to our dear friends for a little help starting over.
The two of us met through our rescue work. In the we've gotten to know each other better, we've discovered that both of us have had a terrible series of set backs, traumatic events, serious financial loss, physical injuries over the past few years. For both of us, the one thing that kept us going was being able to still help dogs who are worse off than we were. Kindness and love don't cost a thing to give. Giving to a helpless creature is one of the most therapeutic things one can do!
Now, we're heading back to our respective homes in the Midwest. Our dream is to start fresh, catch our bearings and RESCUE ON! You can bet that once we're settled and back on our feet, we'll continue our mission to help animals in need, focusing on the vast numbers of puppy mills found in my home state of Iowa.
Beauty the amazing Mange puppy is hitting the road with us and will be updating all our supporters as we travel 2100 miles back East!
We need as much help as we can get to sponsor our road trip back home. We are travelling 2100 miles with a UHAUL that will cost $1600. 2100 miles is estimated to cost about $350 in gas.
