I was homeless once. It's the most frightening thing to live without a roof over your head. We lost our home through war and then were displaced to a refugee camp for almost a year. Through the help of non-profits and family, we made a new home in America.

Now I'd like to help another family build their home. I will be going to Bangalore, India with Habitat for Humanity as part of their Global Village program. Please help me get there by contributing to this fund! Any donation amount--whether it's the cost of a cup of coffee or a gallon of coffee -- would be hugely appreciated. Your donation will go towards the program fee of joining the team on a week-long build where I will work with the family to set up their new house.
