Home Workouts For All Levels Of Fitness

As a home specialist Personal Trainer for over 10 years, I have created a series of home workouts for people of all fitness levels to follow during this unfortunate time. Many of us are having to self isolate. It's essential to keep an eye on our mental and physical health. Exercise can be a great distraction, a form of keeping some sort of normality, and to help maintain and promote good health.

I am providing all my workouts completely free of charge on my website, as well as posting my own fitness regime for people to follow on facebook. I am also offering free video consultations for anyone who needs help learning the exercises and correct form.

It's an incredibly difficult time for all of us, with many losing jobs or suffering financially. Unfortunately as a self employed PT, I am also suffering as a result of gym closures and self isolation. I am therefore setting up this page for anyone who has the means and inclination to help me continue working to help people with their health and fitness.
